Responsibilities:
Assist residents with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to nursing staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Assist in planning and implementing activities for residents. Maintain accurate records of resident care and activities. Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents.
Requirements:
Certification as a Nursing Assistant (CNA) or similar qualification required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work as part of a team and follow instructions. Compassionate and patient demeanor. Experience in assisted living or memory care is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
