Caregiver White Oaks Personal Care Home 867 Longstreet Rd, Cochran, GA 31014

Responsibilities:

Schedule 3pm-11pm: Full-time

• Provide direct care and support to individuals in need, including but not limited to the elderly, disabled, or individuals with special needs
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Administer medication according to prescribed schedules and dosage instructions
• Monitor and record vital signs as necessary
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and feeding
• Provide companionship and engage in social activities with clients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks such as laundry, cleaning, and organizing
• Transport clients to appointments, errands, or recreational activities Qualifications
• Must have background check completed before starting
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Previous experience in caregiving or related fields is preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions
• Basic understanding of social work principles and practices
• Experience working with adults and seniors with mental and/or physical limitations is preferred
• First aid and CPR certification must be completed after hire, if he/she does is not already certified

The employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned.
