What You’ll Do:
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility Provide companionship and support throughout the day Monitor and report any changes in residents’ condition to the wellness team Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable living environment Support residents in engaging with programs, meals, and activities Build meaningful relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members
What You’ll Need:
Prior caregiving experience preferred, especially in senior living or assisted living A kind, patient, and dependable nature Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and holidays High school diploma or GED (preferred)
