We are urgently hiring a reliable and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide in-home care for a medically complex adult client in Acworth, GA . About the Client The client is a woman in her early 40s with: Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Familial Spastic Paraparesis History of seizures (none in the past 5 years) Care Needs This is a total care client who requires: Full assistance with transfers, ambulation, toileting, bathing, and dressing Incontinence care (bowel and bladder) G-tube feedings and medication administration ( NPO ) Two-person assist for transfers (Hoyer lift available) Maintenance of a clean and sanitary environment due to infection risk The client uses a wheelchair and displays some attention-seeking behaviors , but does not require behavioral supports.
