Role:
We are seeking an Overnight Adolescent Direct Care Worker to join our North Georgia Angel House Inc. team in Canton, GA. This role is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in the lives of adolescents and contribute to our mission of providing a safe and nurturing environment for at-risk youth. The candidate must be able to make decisions autonomously and with excellent judgment and personal boundaries. The position is 11 pm – 9 am.
Responsibilities:
Supervise and monitor adolescent residents during overnight hours by making 15-minute checks throughout the shift Implement and enforce house rules and policies Provide emotional support and crisis intervention as needed Document and report any incidents or behavioral concerns Assist with daily living activities and chores
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent Previous experience working with adolescents in a residential setting Ability to maintain a calm and composed demeanor in challenging situations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
