As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in assisting with daily activities, ensuring safety, and providing companionship. Responsibilities Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Monitor patients’ health by checking vital signs and observing changes in their condition. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary restrictions and preferences. Provide memory care support for clients with cognitive impairments or dementia. Offer companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring their comfort and well-being. Communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals regarding client needs and progress. Skills Proven experience in home care or caregiving roles is preferred. Knowledge of ADLs and patient monitoring techniques. Ability to prepare meals that meet dietary needs. Familiarity with memory care practices is a plus. Certification in CPR is required. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate approach to caregiving.
