This demanding position requires availability throughout the day and weekend. However, the rewards of helping people who are ill, injured, disabled, or elderly make the job satisfying. We are looking for a patient, friendly candidate with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform various tasks to assist clients. Your responsibilities will include reminding clients to take their medication, assisting them with mobility around the house or outside, caring for their hygiene, helping with physical therapy exercises, preparing meals, shopping, light housekeeping, and being a supportive companion. You will also need to report any unusual incidents and act quickly and responsibly in cases of emergency.
