Job Responsibilities
Assisting with personal care: bathing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
Meal planning and preparation, plus light housekeeping tasks
Monitoring vital signs as directed and reporting changes to nursing staff
Medication reminders and support with daily exercises
Engaging clients through conversation, games, walks, and hobbies
Keeping accurate, timely records of care provided
What You Bring to the Team
Current CPR Certification (must be verifiable)
TB Test on file within the last 12 months (or willing to obtain)
Minimum 1 Year of hands-on patient care experience (home care, assisted living, hospice, etc.)
Reliable Transportation and valid driver’s license—prompt arrival is essential
Warmth, patience, and a genuine desire to help others feel safe and supported
Ability to pass background check and drug screening
