Job Summary We are looking for a caring and dependable PRN Personal Care Assistant (PCA) to join our team. In this role, you will provide as-needed support to clients, assisting with daily living tasks and promoting a safe and comfortable home environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, oral hygiene, dressing, feeding, and toileting. Support ambulation, mobility, and transfers, including proper positioning techniques. Take and document vital signs and report changes in client conditions. Perform light housekeeping and infection control to maintain a clean, safe environment. Follow individualized service plans and document care provided. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients. Must be able to submit proof of qualifications including: Successful completion of one of the following: Nurse Aide Training Program (42 CFR Part 483). Approved personal care credentialing program. 40-hour training program by a private home care provider (partial completion allowed before client assignments). CNA certification (required for certain care tasks). Basic First Aid and CPR certification. Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (if required).
