Full Job Description Key Responsibilities:

Promote Bloom Rock Care’s services to prospective clients, families, hospitals, rehab centers, and referral partners. Generate and follow up on leads through networking, field marketing, community events, cold outreach, and digital strategies. Conduct in-person or virtual consultations to understand the care needs of potential clients and recommend appropriate services. Build and maintain strong relationships with discharge planners, case managers, senior centers, and other community partners. Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client activity.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in sales, especially in home care, healthcare, senior services, or a related industry. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Self-driven with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Reliable transportation for local travel and client visits. Passion for helping others and a strong sense of integrity.
