Full-time | Part-time | PRN Job Overview Blooming Care In-Home Care is seeking dedicated Personal Care Assistant / In-Home Caregiver to provide compassionate, high-quality care to clients in their homes. As a Personal Care Assistant / In-Home Caregiver, you will assist clients with personal care, mobility, and other essential daily activities to improve their quality of life.
Duties & Responsibilities:
✅ Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene ✅ Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation ✅ Provide companionship and emotional support ✅ Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping ✅ Offer medication reminders as needed ✅ Monitor and report changes in clients’ conditions ✅ Complete necessary documentation (Progress Evaluations, Monitoring Notes, Behavior Documents, etc.) ✅ Follow the care plan developed by the supervising team
Requirements:
✔ Ability to pass PCA Test (Required) ✔ Current TB test (Required) ✔ Current CPR/First Aid certification (Preferred) ✔ Ability to pass a background check ✔ Reliable transportation & car insurance (Clean driving record required) ✔ 2 years of caregiving experience (Required) ✔ 3 verifiable professional references (Required) ✔ Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, or Parkinson’s is a plus
