Caregiver – Live In Blooming Care In-Home Care Services Alpharetta, GA 30022 Overview We’re seeking a compassionate and reliable Live-In Home Caregiver to provide essential care and support to individuals in the comfort of their own homes. This is a live-in position, meaning you will reside in the client’s home during your scheduled shift. If you have experience in home and community care and a heart for helping others live with dignity and comfort, we’d love to hear from you.
Shift Schedule:
Wednesday 8PM – Sunday 8AM (Live-in) Sunday 8AM – Wednesday 8PM (Live-in)
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in home care or community-based care Compassion, patience, and strong communication skills Commitment to providing safe, respectful, and quality care Must be able to remain in the client’s home for the full duration of each shift Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure adherence to medication schedules. Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any changes in health status to healthcare professionals. Assist clients with daily living activities, promoting independence while ensuring safety. Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients. Implement care plans tailored to individual needs, particularly for those with dementia or autism. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping duties as needed. Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care. Qualifications Previous experience in home health or community care is preferred. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring and basic medical procedures. Experience in dementia care and understanding of autism spectrum disorders is highly desirable. Certification in CPR and first aid is required. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and families. Compassionate nature with a strong commitment to patient dignity and respect. Ability to work independently while managing time effectively in a home setting.
