The ideal candidates will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being in private residences. Responsibilities Provide direct support and assistance with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and housekeeping tasks. Monitor patients’ health and report any changes in condition to the appropriate medical personnel. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and emotional well-being, particularly those requiring memory care. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by adhering to hygiene standards and protocols. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the overall quality of life for clients. Skills Experience in memory care or working with individuals requiring specialized support is preferred. Strong patient monitoring skills with the ability to observe changes in health status effectively. Previous experience in a group home setting or similar environment is advantageous. Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals. Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization within the caregiving environment. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life through direct support and care. We have virtual informational sessions coming up.
