Your self-motivation and independence are the attributes we are looking for. As a Sales Account Executive you will d evelop and maintain strong customer relationships and implement sales strategies and plans to meet sales goals. Your commitment will contribute to an increase in sales and maintain our company-client relationships at the highest level.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies for referral centers (hospitals, nursing homes, assisted living with rehabilitation or respite care, doctors’ offices, and other health providers). Maintain existing referral source relationships and increase growth. Develop programs for primary referral sources and interested parties. Event coordination and representation of agencies at community events. Identify opportunities for formal contractual relationships with health practitioners and payors. Effectively represent and differentiate Right at Home services in the market area. Suggest ideas to increase sales Participate with the administrators in the development of sales plan. Use a competitive sales approach. Submit reports as required.

Sales Account Requirements:

Proven experience in outside sales Self-driven and self-disciplined Experience in healthcare industry preferred Knowledge of MS Office, Outlook, and CRM Demonstrated presentation skills Excellent people skills Analytical and time management skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Ability to learn other software programs

Salary:

Commensurate with experience Quarterly commission
