• ClearCare, LLC Johns Creek, GA 30005 Job Overview We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated In Home Caregiver to provide essential support and care to individuals in their own homes. The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for those they assist. This role involves working closely with clients to ensure their comfort, safety, and well-being while promoting independence. This position is PRN but we do have active clients currently that need care. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities, including meal preparation, personal hygiene, and grooming. Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance the client’s quality of life. Administer medication as prescribed and monitor health conditions. Assist with mobility and physical activities, including lifting when necessary. Ensure that the client’s rights are respected and upheld at all times. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards. Document care provided and report any changes in the client’s condition to appropriate personnel. Support clients with developmental disabilities or other disabilities as needed, fostering independence and dignity. Qualifications Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred. CPR Certified Finger print cleared TB test results Familiarity with resident rights and patient care best practices is essential. Ability to lift clients safely and assist them with mobility challenges. Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or long-term care needs is desirable. Strong communication skills, empathy, and patience are crucial for success in this role. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as required by client needs.
