On-Call Caregiver Truehealth Partners Home Care, LLC Alpharetta, GA 30009 Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated on-call Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to individuals of all ages in need of personal & companion care in the home setting. The ideal candidates will have experience working with diverse populations, including those with autism, seniors, children and individuals requiring hospice or memory care. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Duties Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients to foster a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes are communicated to the agency. Support clients with mobility assistance and transfers as required. Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy and dignity at all times. Engage clients in meaningful activities that promote cognitive function and social interaction. Skills Certification in CPR is required to ensure client safety during emergencies. Knowledge of senior care practices Strong cleaning skills to maintain a hygienic living space for clients. Ability to prepare meals that meet specific dietary requirements. Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients, families, and healthcare teams.
