We help CNAs and PCAs showcase credentials, simplify onboarding, and connect directly with hiring agencies — all through a mobile-first platform. Our first market is Atlanta and the surrounding metro areas . We’re seeking someone with direct experience managing or operating within a home care agency , specifically someone who knows the day-to-day processes of onboarding, credentialing, and managing caregivers . About the Role We’re hiring a Home Care Operations & Onboarding Consultant to support our team in building better onboarding systems for caregivers in the home care space. If you’ve worked in a home care agency , onboarded caregivers, ensured compliance, and understand how caregivers are hired and managed — we want to hear from you. Your insight will directly shape our platform, workflows, and community-building efforts in Atlanta. Responsibilities Caregiver Onboarding & Compliance Define and document step-by-step onboarding workflows used in home care agencies Provide detailed insight into requirements like: TB tests CPR certifications Background checks Drug screenings Home health aide or CNA license verification State and Medicaid compliance where applicable Help ensure Hirenza’s platform reflects real-world onboarding challenges and solutions Community Engagement & Relationship-Building Assist with outreach to Atlanta-area home care agencies and training schools Help recruit caregivers onto the platform by sharing insights into what resonates with them Suggest local marketing or recruitment strategies that have worked in your agency experience Startup Collaboration Work with founders to shape app features, caregiver registration flows, and onboarding tools Serve as a subject matter expert (SME) on home care operations Help us scale intelligently by sharing what breaks when home care agencies grow quickly Who We’re Looking For 3+ years working inside a licensed home care agency (non-negotiable) Experience directly managing caregiver onboarding, credentialing, and scheduling Deep understanding of Georgia home care regulations and workforce trends Located in or very familiar with the Atlanta metro area Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive work style
