Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and light housekeeping. Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to healthcare professionals. Assist clients with mobility and transfers, including heavy lifting when necessary. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being. Administer first aid as needed and ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety standards. Skills Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred.
