Job Description

Caregiver Flux Staff Suwanee, GA 30024 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents by providing essential support and assistance in their daily activities. This position requires a nurturing attitude, strong communication skills, and a commitment to maintaining the dignity and independence of those in your care. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to residents, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Administer medications as prescribed and ensure proper documentation of medication administration. Assist with memory care activities and support residents with cognitive impairments. Prepare nutritious meals and accommodate dietary restrictions while ensuring resident satisfaction. Offer companionship and engage residents in meaningful conversations and activities. Observe and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional conditions to the nursing staff. Uphold resident rights and promote their independence while ensuring safety and comfort. Support individuals with developmental disabilities and autism by implementing personalized care plans. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized living environment for all residents. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving, assisted living, or long-term care is preferred but not required. Knowledge of medication administration protocols is essential. Familiarity with memory care techniques and patient observation skills is highly valued. Ability to cook nutritious meals that meet dietary needs is an asset. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and developmental disabilities. Compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their dignity and independence. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
