Plus 1 Enterprises, LLC Suwanee, GA 30024 Job Summary We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. 83 y/o female client is seeking a spanish speaking caregiver. The schedule is split shift 6hrs (3 hours in the am and 3 hours in the pm), 7 days a week. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients, ensuring their comfort and safety in a home or community care setting. Perfect for someone in need of a flexible schedule. Pay rate is $15.00 for PCA. Looking to fill this role starting this week.
Duties include:
Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, ensuring any changes in health status are reported to appropriate personnel. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful conversations and activities. Observe and document patient behavior and changes in condition, maintaining accurate records of care provided. Administer first aid and CPR as necessary, ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times. Support clients with mobility challenges, assisting them in moving safely around their home or community. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to all health and safety regulations. Qualifications Proven experience in home care or senior care is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring, CPR, first aid, and patient observation techniques. Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with hospice care practices is a plus.
