Compassionate Caregiver Lascas Suwanee, GA 30024 Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support and assistance to seniors in our retirement home. The ideal candidate will have a passion for caregiving and a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for our residents. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in ensuring the comfort, safety, and well-being of those in your care. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support. Monitor and record vital signs as needed to ensure the health and safety of residents. Provide companionship and emotional support to seniors, fostering a positive environment. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary guidelines and individual preferences. Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed schedules. Support residents with dementia care, employing appropriate techniques to enhance communication and understanding. Maintain a clean and safe living environment by performing light housekeeping duties as required. Collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members to develop personalized care plans. Requirements Previous experience in caregiving or senior care is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided. Knowledge of vital signs monitoring is advantageous. Ability to lift and assist residents as needed while ensuring their safety. Compassionate nature with strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with residents and their families.
