The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients. This role involves assisting with daily living activities, ensuring safety, and promoting independence while following personalized care plans. Duties Provide direct support to clients, assisting with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Implement and follow care plans tailored to each client’s needs, ensuring adherence to prescribed routines. Monitor and record vital signs as needed, reporting any changes in the client’s health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Assist clients with mobility, including heavy lifting when required, ensuring their safety and comfort. Engage clients in social activities and companionship to promote mental well-being. Maintain a clean and safe environment within the home community care setting. Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare teams regarding care needs and progress.
