7am – 3pm and 3pm – 11pm Medical, Dental, Vision, Life Insurance 401(k) Provide assistance with personal care services as assigned. This may include but not limited to bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, or feeding a meal to an individual in their home. Assist individuals with independent living activities in their home. This may include but not limited to walking, ambulation, transferring activities, per patient policy of the home care setting. Provide non-medical services under the instructions and supervision of the physician, certified nurse assistant, or physician assistant. Document and update patient care plans.
Qualifications:
Current federal government health certification as a qualified health aide. Valid GA registry CNA certification Current CPR certification preferred.
Education:
High School Graduate or GED.
