We are hiring reliable and consistent caregivers to join our team. We are looking for compassionate and professional individuals who will provide quality in-home care to the disabled, elders, children, postpartum mothers and the bedridden. Should possess an understanding of different clients’ needs. Strong communication skills to interact with a variety of clients and their families. Patience, dependability and attentiveness are a requirement. Organization skills and being able to prioritize your tasks are necessary to be successful in this role. •Ability to pass a background check and have a valid driver’s license• RBT Certificates are necessary, but not required Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and hygiene Medication reminders Transferring and Transportation, Meal preparation Physical therapy assistance Companionship Communicating with the fanily Homework help Creative with indoor and outdoor activities Skills Previous experience as a caregiver or in a related field is preferred, but not necessary Excellent understanding of emergency response Certificate in CPR and First Aid Good understanding of housekeeping activities and cooking with attention to dietary constraints Willingness to follow health and safety standards Respectful and compassionate Ability to build strong rapport with clients and their families Good time management skills Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills Strong Ethics Physical endurance High school diploma or equivalent
