Private Home Caregiver Accessible Homecare Solutions, LLC Snellville, GA 30039 Job Overview We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring they feel safe, comfortable, and cared for in their home or community setting. This position requires a nurturing attitude and the ability to perform various tasks that promote the well-being of our clients. Duties Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility. Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary needs and preferences. Monitor and document patient observations, including changes in physical or emotional health. Take vital signs as needed and report any significant changes to healthcare professionals. Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks. Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental well-being. Administer first aid when necessary and ensure proper medication management as directed. Collaborate with nursing home staff or other healthcare providers to coordinate care plans for long-term care residents. Qualifications Previous experience in home care, nursing homes, or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of patient observation techniques and ability to recognize changes in client conditions. Familiarity with basic first aid procedures and vital sign monitoring is advantageous. Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients and their families. A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others maintain their independence. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed. Certification in CPR/First Aid is required. Must be able to pass background check.
