Responsibilities Provide personal care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities and other disabilities. Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, ensuring hygiene standards are met. Skills Experience working with people with developmental disabilities or other disabilities. Strong skills in patient observation and documentation. Knowledge of long-term care practices and home health services. Familiarity with dementia care techniques is preferred. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Compassionate attitude with a strong commitment to providing high-quality care.
