Hours:

20 hours per week (with potential for additional hours) Caldore Acres , a compassionate and community-focused adult day center, is seeking an experienced and dependable Caregiver to join our team. We provide a supportive environment for older adults, including those with memory care needs. If you have a heart for seniors and a strong work ethic, we’d love to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal hygiene, mobility, meals, and toileting. Monitor and report any changes in physical or mental status. Engage clients in planned recreational and social activities. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment. Follow individual care plans and safety protocols. Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping. Communicate effectively with staff, participants, and families.

Requirements:

At least 1 year of caregiving experience (elderly care required; memory care experience is a plus). Must be able to pass a criminal background check . Reliable transportation and punctuality are a must. Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and assist with mobility. Positive, patient, and respectful demeanor. Strong communication skills and the ability to follow directions. High school diploma or GED preferred. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).

20 hours/week, flexible weekday hours. Additional hours may become available based on center needs and performance.
