This is a rewarding opportunity to support a medically complex young adult in a stable, supportive, and smoke-free home. Client Information The client is a non-verbal individual in their 20s with the following medical history: Cerebral Palsy Intellectual & Developmental Disabilities (IDD) Quadriplegia Cortical Blindness Scoliosis Joint contractures (elbows, toes, wrists) They are non-ambulatory and require full assistance with: Feeding (via G-tube) Bathing Toileting Repositioning and stretching Additional monitoring includes: GERD Fall and aspiration risks Bowel health Skin integrity Home environment: Non-smoking with one small, older dog present.
