In Home Caregiver Caring Essence In-Home Care Forsyth, GA 31029 Caring Essence In-Home Care is a trusted agency providing structured, supportive care for seniors, new moms, post-surgery clients, and individuals with memory loss. We’re a new agency growing and seeking dedicated caregivers who are passionate about making a difference and ready to start with a 90-day contract-to-hire period. We welcome experienced caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs. PCA certification is preferred but not required. ⸻

What You’ll Be Doing:

You’ll support families by helping clients stay safe, comfortable, and well cared for at home.

Duties may include:

Personal care: bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting assistance Companionship & emotional support to prevent isolation Light housekeeping: laundry, sweeping, dishes, tidying Meal prep and grocery planning Medication reminders (non-medical) Fall prevention and mobility assistance Transportation to appointments or errands ⸻

Minimum Requirements:

90-day introductory period as a 1099 contractor Flexible part-time and full-time schedules Strong potential for long-term W-2 employment after 90 days Paid training opportunities and support from a hands-on admin team
