Position Overview:

As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by offering customized care based on their individual needs — including specialized support for memory care, autism, and mobility assistance. You must be committed, empathetic, and ready to make a difference.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal hygiene Provide meal preparation and feeding support Offer medication reminders (no administration required unless certified) Help with light housekeeping, laundry, and maintaining a safe environment Offer companionship, emotional support, and social engagement Assist with transportation to appointments or errands (if applicable) Provide mobility support and fall prevention Deliver specialized care to individuals with Alzheimer’s, dementia, autism, or cognitive needs Observe and monitor clients’ conditions and report changes as needed Collaborate with family members and healthcare providers to ensure quality care Follow and help develop individualized care plans based on each client’s needs

Requirements:

Certified as a CNA, PCA, or HHA (must provide valid documentation) Prior experience in home care, direct support, or caregiving preferred Familiarity with memory care or autism support is a plus Strong observational and communication skills Ability to work flexible or short-notice shifts as part of our on-call team Reliable transportation is required Professional, dependable, and compassionate demeanor
