Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under direction of Your Choice Home Care Assist with morning hygiene Adult diaper change Bathing+Dressing Light meal preparation Provide companionship and basic care to patients Maintain a clean and healthy environment

Schedule:

Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm ​

Qualifications:

Previous experience in nursing, patient care, or supporting a physically disabled person Obtain Current CNA License or PCA certification

CPR/BLS Certification Current TB Skin Test/Chest X-Ray Voided Check/Direct Deposit Information Job Type:
