• The Team Member will be responsible for providing assistance with activities of daily living, companionship, and emotional support to our clients in the comfort of their homes or care facilities. • Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and toileting
• Provide assistance with mobility, transferring, and positioning
• Prepare and serve nutritious meals according to dietary needs
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning, laundry, and tidying up
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Accompany clients to appointments and outings as needed
• Maintain accurate records of care provided and any changes in the client’s condition
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Qualifications:

• Compassionate and empathetic demeanor
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and respect client privacy
• Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license CPR/First Aid certification is a plus
