Patient Care Attendant Caregiving at home Shreveport, LA 71104 $9/hour.
CAREGIVER FOR ADULT.
Easy job, very light duties, position available for 4 to 5 nights a week overnight on weeknights, or part-time one to three nights/week overnight, flexible. Shifts are 10pm to 10am (12 hours), or 10pm to 7am on some days (9 hours). Patient has heart condition, and needs help with warming and cutting food, brushing teeth, lifting and drinking water. No assistance needed with toileting, cooking, or cleaning. Just light bedside duties helping with meals. Patient has other caregivers to cook and clean. Caregiver hiree can sit in a chair. Not a lot of standing. Patient has temporarily injury to vocal chords. She will text you or have another caregiver call. She communicates currently by texting, and many caregivers can read her lips. Nice, friendly environment. Safe neighborhood and safe street in Waterside. No experience necessary. No skills required. No education level required. Must have reliable transportation. Must have babysitter for overnight if you have children. Patient was former college professor, former medical writer, retired, loves music too. Administers her own medication.
