The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with daily activities, providing transportation, and helping to create an environment that is safe and supportive. The ideal candidate will have experience working with individuals with disabilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:

Provide direct care to individuals with disabilities in a safe and respectful manner. Assist individuals with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating. Provide transportation to medical appointments and other activities. Encourage independence in individuals with disabilities. Assist in the development of individualized plans of care. Maintain accurate records of services provided. Communicate effectively with other staff members, family members, and caregivers.
