Responsibilities Develop and implement individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with daily living activities. Monitor client health and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate parties. Assist clients with mobility and ensure safety during activities. Collaborate with family members and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress and care provided. Requirements 1 year of professional experience ( in health-care setting or related field) Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and families. Ability to develop and implement effective care plans. Compassionate nature with a commitment to enhancing the quality of life for clients.
