Your responsibilities will include monitoring patient conditions, and ensuring a clean and safe environment. Responsibilities Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation. Implement and follow individualized care plans tailored to each client’s needs. Observe and report any changes in the patient’s condition or behavior to the appropriate healthcare professionals. Provide companionship and emotional support to clients, fostering a positive and nurturing environment. Ensure that living spaces are clean, organized, and safe for clients. Assist with mobility and transportation needs as required. Uphold resident rights by respecting privacy, dignity, and independence of all clients.
