We’re currently hiring 2 people to split the following shifts: Mon-Fri 8am-6pm & every Saturday 8am-6pm

• DSWs must have a valid Driver’s License & an insured vehicle they drive. This is a qualification/requirement for any & all shifts!
• Job tasks include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting clients with daily needs like: cooking for the client/feeding the client, taking your client to go grocery shopping, dressing the client , bathing the client, assisting your client with toileting, and transporting to doctor’s visits.

1. Following the Individualized Service Plan (ISP) of recipient as requested 2. Arriving on time at the recipient’s home 3. Completing time sheets and progress notes accurately and on time 4. Attending team meetings as scheduled 5. Completing training hours as required 6. Following Share Care USA policies and procedures 7. Have reliable electronic devices that can be used for EVV on every shift work 8. Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, grooming, and meal preparation. 9. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents, fostering a positive and engaging environment. 10. Monitor and document patient observations, reporting any changes in condition or behavior to the healthcare team. 11. Ensure resident rights are upheld and respected at all times. 12. Assist with mobility and transportation needs, including heavy lifting when necessary. 13. Administer first aid as required and follow safety protocols to maintain a safe living environment. 14. Support residents with home health tasks and long-term care needs as directed by healthcare professionals. 15. Being a positive role model for all clients.
