This role is essential in enhancing the quality of life for our clients. The ideal candidate will be patient, empathetic, and skilled in various caregiving tasks. Responsibilities Spend time with the client; Accompany client on trips and outings; Maintain a safe and clean environment for clients; Communicate effectively with clients and families; Document care provided and report any changes in client condition. Requirements Experience working with elderly and individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred. Compassionate demeanor with excellent interpersonal skills. Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours as needed. Certification or training as a nurse or caregiver is a plus but not mandatory.
