New Orleans/Metairie, Louisiana. Are you driven by an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for providing exceptional care to the elderly and disabled? Do you have a passion to develop, train and grow a crew of home health aids and provide a caring professional environment for all you encounter. Do you have the drive and experience to grow a business as an operating Administrator. Do you enjoy developing B2B relationships to grow a referral base. We are seeking a dedicated Manager to join our team and help build a home care agency from the ground up.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day operations of the home care agency.
• Develop and implement effective business strategies, sales, and marketing plans.
• Provide compassionate and client-focused care, ensuring high ethical standards.
• Manage HR functions and build strong client relationships.
• Adapt to the challenges and rewards of a startup environment, including working flexible and sometimes odd hours.
