The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in education, social work, or addiction counseling, and have a passion for fostering personal growth and development in others. As a Mentor, you will play a crucial role in helping mentees build resilience, develop conflict management skills, and achieve their personal goals. Duties Educate mentees on various life skills, coping strategies, and decision-making processes. Provide one-on-one mentoring sessions to support personal development and address specific challenges. Utilize conflict management techniques to help mentees navigate interpersonal issues effectively. Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other professionals to create a supportive network for mentees. Maintain accurate records of mentoring sessions and progress made by each mentee. Foster a safe and trusting environment where mentees feel comfortable sharing their experiences. Encourage positive behaviors and provide constructive feedback to promote growth. Qualifications Experience in education, social work, or addiction counseling is preferred. Proven experience working with children or adolescents is highly desirable.
