This position requires flexibility and a willingness to work across all shifts to ensure consistent, round-the-clock care. Duties Assist residents with daily living activities including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. Monitor and report changes in residents’ physical or emotional condition to the appropriate staff. Provide companionship and emotional support to residents. Assist with meal service. Follow individualized care plans and facility policies. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided. Respond promptly to call lights and resident needs. Support a safe and clean environment for residents and staff. Skills Previous caregiving experience (in a facility or home setting) preferred. Ability to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Compassionate, patient, and reliable. Ability to lift, move, and support residents as needed. Must pass background check and drug screening.
