• Provide direct care and assistance to individuals, ensuring their safety and well-being
• Administer medications according to prescribed guidelines and document accurately
• Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Perform heavy lifting as needed to transfer individuals or assist with mobility
• Maintain a clean and organized living environment for individuals
• Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive behaviors
• Provide companionship and emotional support to individuals
• Follow all HIPAA regulations to ensure privacy and confidentiality “`Experience“`
• Previous experience as a nurse or in a healthcare setting is preferred
• Familiarity with medication administration protocols
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
• Knowledge of hospice care principles and practices is a plus
• Understanding of behavior management techniques for individuals with special needs NEED a Night Shift worker.
