• Caregiver Requirements:

• Experience caring for elderlyand/or disabled individuals
• A valid driver’s license and reliabletransportation is required
• Compassionate provider of personal care,homemaking, and companion services
• Certification preferred, but notrequired
• Experience with Alzheimer’s, Dementia, and Hospice carepreferred but not required
• Criminal Background Record Check
• Aminimum of 4 references (2 personal and 2 professional)
• Recent TB testcompleted within the past year
• Responsibilities
• Assist clientswith Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing,grooming, and toileting.
• Prepare nutritious meals and assist withcooking as needed.
• Launder clothing and linens to maintain a cleanliving environment.
• Provide companionship and engage clients inmeaningful conversations and activities.
• Support clients with mobilityand transfers, ensuring their safety at all times.
