Direct Care Staff 4.2 4.2 out of 5 stars Great Barrington, MA 01230 Direct Care Staff – Residential Shifts (Full-Time, Part-Time, Week Days, Weekends) Support Adults with Developmental Disabilities We’re hiring compassionate Direct Care Staff to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a residential setting. This is a hands-on role assisting with daily living activities, personal care, and community engagement.
Shifts Available:
Morning:
6:00 AM – 9:00
AM Afternoon/Evening:
3:00 PM – 8:00 PM Weekends Asleep Overnights Live-in positions may be available
Schedule Options:
Full-time Part-time Flexible hours considered
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care Support individuals in achieving their goals Help maintain a safe, clean, and positive living environment Encourage social and recreational participation Collaborate with team members and follow care plans
Requirements:
Must be 18 years or older Valid driver’s license required Ability to pass a CORI Prior experience is a plus but not required References required
