As part of our mission to grow locally, we’re seeking a Sales Professional to lead our business development efforts and forge strong partnerships in the community. What You’ll Do Develop and maintain strategic relationships with referral sources Identify and close new business opportunities Represent FirstLight in community events and networking meetings Deliver impactful presentations and sales conversations Maintain accurate CRM records and weekly reports Analyze sales metrics and continuously improve your strategy Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless client onboarding experience What You Bring • Strong closing skills and relationship-building mindset Excellent communication, presentation, and follow-up abilities Familiarity with CRM tools and Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Motivation to work independently and exceed goals Experience in healthcare, senior services, or home care is required Why Join FirstLight Employee-first mentality – Our employees are the heart and soul of our company and we do what it takes to show appreciation and recognition for their hard work.
