Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Assistclients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing,grooming, and toileting. Provide companionship and emotional support toenhance the client’s quality of life. Help with meal preparation, lighthousekeeping, and laundry. Monitor and report changes in the client?shealth or behavior to the care team. Support clients with mobility andtransfers as needed, including the use of assistive devices. Administermedications as directed and ensure proper documentation. Accompanyclients to appointments, errands, or social activities as needed.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in caregiving or a similar role ispreferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability tofollow care plans and work independently. A compassionate and patientdemeanor. Reliable transportation and a valid driver?s license.
