Job Description
Eliot is seeking a Therapeutic Training and Support Person for our team.
Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services encompass multipleservice systems including: Intensive Care Coordination, Family Supportand Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and OutpatientCounseling. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youthguided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, andpreferences. Using a wraparound approach, the ideal candidate will workto support the diverse and complex needs of youth and their families bypartnering with team members to deliver intensive, evidence-basedindividual and family sessions each week. Additionally, you willcollaborate with the family to develop a strength-based treatment planand assist caregivers during crises through intervention and safetyplanning.
Responsibilities:
Partner with the IHT clinician to deliverweekly in-home or community-based individual, family, and parentcoaching sessions Support parents and care givers in advocacy efforts,attend school/community meetings, and help gather information forcomprehensive assessments Contribute to the development ofstrength-based treatment and safety plans, including behavior support,crisis intervention, and service linkage Assist families in accessing awide range of traditional and non-traditional community resources andsupport services Provide crisis outreach, coordinate care, andfacilitate quarterly wraparound team meetings to ensure consistent,integrated support
Qualifications:
Bachelor?s degree in Human Servicesor related field preferred Experience working with youth in a communitysetting
Valid Massachusetts Drivers License Schedule:
Hybrid/flexibleschedule Monday to Friday 8am-4pm with ability to meet with familiesoutside of school hours.
