Duties Travel to multiple client residences each day between to provide direct, in-home care Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) , including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility support Provide medication reminders, light meal prep, and household tasks Offer emotional support and companionship to promote well-being Monitor and report any changes in physical, emotional, or mental status to supervisors Qualifications Must be 18 years or older High school diploma or GED required CPR/First Aide- will train Previous experience with elder care or home health preferred Reliable transportation is required – must be willing to make multiple trips daily Strong communication, time management, and interpersonal skills CORI background check required Must be dependable, compassionate, and able to work independently If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of others and possess the necessary skills and qualifications, we encourage you to apply for this rewarding position as a Direct Care Worker.
