Summary As a Caregiver at Nova Leap Health, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients by providing compassionate and personalized care. This position is essential in supporting individuals with various needs, ensuring their comfort and well-being in a familiar environment.
Shift:
Monday, Wednesday, and Friday 9am – 9pm. Responsibilities Provide personal care assistance to clients, including bathing, dressing, and grooming. Monitor patients’ health and report any changes to the management team. Assist with memory care activities and engage clients in meaningful conversations. Support clients with daily living activities such as meal preparation and medication reminders. Help clients with mobility and physical support as needed, including heavy lifting when necessary. Foster a positive and supportive environment that promotes independence and dignity. Requirements Previous experience as a caregiver or in a similar role is preferred. Strong skills in patient monitoring and memory care techniques. Ability to provide direct support to individuals with disabilities. Certification in First Aid or CPR is highly desirable.
