The ideal candidate will have experience in senior care, memory care, or working with individuals with developmental disabilities. This role is vital in enhancing the quality of life for our residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and dignity. Responsibilities Provide medication administration and monitor residents for any changes in health status. Prep and serve 5pm dinner to all 14 residents. Uphold resident rights and ensure privacy and dignity are maintained at all times. Document care provided and report any concerns or changes in resident conditions to the manager. Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents. Housekeeping duties include sweeping/mopping, laundry and trash. Requirements Must be able to work Mondays, Thursdays and Fridays 3pm-11pm Previous experience in nursing homes, retirement homes, or long-term care settings is preferred. Knowledge of medication administration protocols and resident rights is essential. Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team. Compassionate demeanor with a genuine desire to help others improve their quality of life. Ability to handle physical demands of the job, including lifting and assisting residents as needed.
